Ben has been working in Estate agency for 14 years now and has had a highly successful career working for top independent estate agents in the local areas. Having seen a need for a high quality service, and real commitment within the sector, he and fellow director Paul Walker decided to open their own company to offer people looking to move just that. Out of work Ben enjoys playing and watching football, fishing, reading, and has very keen interest in the latest technologies, especially the latest gadgets. He recently was married to his lovely wife Katie, and has settled down in the village of Warsash. |

Paul definitely knows the moving process inside out, having bought and sold 15 properties over the years, and as far as we know holds the record, for moving 6 times in 3 years! He lives with his family in Whiteley, and has two sons, Bradley and Kyle, his beautiful wife Nicola, and his white German Shepherd Bentley. |

Tom joined the company at its inception and brought with him a wealth of local knowledge. He has always had a very keen interest in the housing market, and after having worked in the industry for 12 years, remains as enthusiastic now as the day he started. Tom lives locally, in the village of Whiteley, and is a very active community member. His real passion though is his beloved Tractor Boys, and Tom will follow Ipswich FC all over the country. He was lucky enough to be able to follow them on their European Tour also when they had a successful season in the Premiership. When not travelling miles and miles on the countries motorways, Tom likes nothing more than spending time with his significant other half, Holly. |

Emma joined the company in 2007 and is dedicated to finding buyers for all of our available properties. She makes sure any client who is looking for a property, will know about it straight away. Being able to email and text gives us instant marketing, and not having forgotten the traditional methods of posting and telephoning clients keeps a personal feel to the whole process. Emma is a keen lover of oriental food and shopping. And is now learning DIY very quickly as she and her other half have just moved into their first home together. |

She has a very direct approach, and professional manner about her. Outside of work Becki loves dancing (freestyle), on weekends she socialises and goes clubbing with her friends, loves beach walks with Diva her Golden Retriever, she also enjoys watching football and especially supporting her partner playing locally. |
